Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ is a club that rewards customers of the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants.
Q. How do I join?
Visit a participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants and tell your server that you would like to join Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™.
Q. What do I get?
Once you join the club and register your card online at www.copelandslagniappeclub.com, you’re able to earn points that convert to valuable rewards.

In addition, you’ll receive a $15 dining reward you can use during your next visit to a participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants. Furthermore, you’ll be eligible to receive a free steak entrée (or equivalent) for your birthday and a free bottle of wine (or equivalent) for your membership anniversary.

The one-time enrollment cost is only $10. You will receive a $15 dining reward you can use on your next visit.

Q. Who can join?
Any person 18 years of age or older.
However, employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) of Copeland’s of New Orleans, Inc., Copeland’s Cheesecake Bistro, LLC, Copeland’s Cheesecake Bistro of Atlanta, LLC, Copeland’s Cheesecake Bistro of Bossier City, LLC, Restaurant Development Corporation of New Orleans, Inc., Sweet, Fire & Ice, LLC, New Orleans Premier Restaurants, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others, including employees of any participating restaurant, engaged in the development, production and execution of this program, are not eligible to participate.
Q. How do I earn points?
Visit any participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants and present your Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ membership card to your server. You will earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax and tip).

Redeem for dining rewards, celebrations and travel. Here is our current list of reward options:

Q. How do I use points?
You may redeem your points for any of the rewards (provided you have enough points) by visiting www.copelandslagniappeclub.com. You may also redeem points for the $25, $50 or $100 dining rewards (provided you have enough points) at any participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants. Just tell your server.
Q. How do I use the $15 enrollment reward?
Once you have registered your card at www.copelandslagniappeclub.com, visit any participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants and tell your server you would like to apply the $15 reward to your bill. It’s just that easy.
Q. Does the $15 enrollment reward expire?
The $15 enrollment reward is valid for 12 months. After 12 months, if the reward is not used, it will expire.
Q. How do I get my birthday benefit?
Provided you have earned at least 200 points in the six months prior to your birthday, the birthday benefit (a free steak entrée or any other single menu item valued up to $28) will be loaded on your card the week before your birthday. The benefit is valid for 30 days after it is loaded on your card.
Q. How do I get my anniversary benefit?
Provided you have earned at least 200 points in the six months prior to your membership anniversary, the anniversary benefit (a free bottle of wine or any other single menu item valued up to $28) will be loaded on your card the week before your anniversary. The benefit is valid for 30 days after it is loaded on your card.
Q. How do I use my birthday benefit?
Visit any participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants and tell your server you would like to use your birthday benefit.

Q. How can I find out what is on my card?
Visit www.copelandslagniappeclub.com and login. You can view points and rewards on your card as well as your visit history.
Q. Can I let someone else use my points?
Only the registered club member may use the card to redeem points for rewards. However, you can bring someone else along to a participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants. If you have enough points for a reward and you pay the check you may treat someone using your points.
Q. Can I let someone else use my card?
Only the registered club member may use the card to earn points. However, if you pay the bill for others in your party, you earn points on the total amount you spend (excluding tax and tip).
Q. Can I combine my points with another person’s points?
No. Points from multiple membership accounts may not be combined.
Q. Can I share a membership with my spouse or other family member?
Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ is intended for individual personal use only. Spouses or family members may not share a membership. However, when multiple members of a family dine together at a participating location in the Copeland’s Family of Restaurants and if one person pays the entire bill, that person (provided he/she is an active member) will earn points for the entire amount spent (excluding tax and tip).

Q. Do points expire?
Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ accounts with no activity for 12 months will be deactivated and all points and rewards credits will be forfeited.
Q. Can I earn points when I purchase a gift card?
No.
Q. Can I earn points for purchases I made before I joined Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™?
No.

Call Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ member services at 1-800-946-7529 and one of our representatives will assist you.
Q. What if I forgot my card?
You may request point credit by submitting an original receipt and Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ member number to Copeland’s Lagniappe Club™ headquarters. Mail to:
